Privacy Policy: The Data We Collect About You
- The buyer name, address, email, and user names are stored solely on your phone and will be deleted 35 days after the order has been placed or 14 days after the order is completed, whichever is sooner.
- For all users, the developer does not collect or have access to buyer names, user names, addresses, email addresses, or any personal information that may identify you, your store, or your buyers. For subscribers, some order data — order_id, order_date, and a list of inventory_ids — is kept in the cloud. Data is removed after 45 days.
- Debug log files: if you send your log files to the developer by email, the developer may see developer names, addresses, purchased parts, and prices. These are used by the developer to fix bugs and are not stored or used for any other purposes.
- If the "Share Qty on Cloud" feature is activated, the only information stored is the date ordered (YYMMDD), order_id, inventory_id, and quantity picked. This data is used to share picking progress across multiple devices.
- Subscription holders are identified by their store name in the cloud. All passwords are stored in a secure and encrypted database and retrieved with a hash. Generic inventory data (inventory ids, quantity, description, price), your store name, order number, order status, and date are the only information stored in the cloud.
- Personal information about you, your buyers, and your store is stored on BrickLink's and Brick Owl's sites. The developer is not responsible for securing this data. BrickLink is owned and operated by the LEGO Group. The developer has written this program independently and is in no way affiliated with the LEGO Group, BrickLink.com, or BrickOwl.com.

How We Use Your Personal Data
We do not collect any personal information from you or about your buyers, store, or yourself. Any personal information is retrieved through orders placed by BrickLink users who purchased items from your store. To comply with the following BrickLink API policy, orders will be deleted 35 days after the order date or 14 days after being marked Completed.

Terms of Use
This application downloads and updates data solely using BrickLink's API. This app was written to comply with the BrickLink API Terms of Use. The user is expected to follow BrickLink's terms of use as well.
