Shippo Setup

Buy USPS/UPS/etc. shipping labels for your orders through your own Shippo account, without leaving the app.

Step 1 — Connect your account

  1. In Brick Seller Companion, go to Settings → Shippo.
  2. Tap Connect Shippo Account.
  3. Sign in to your existing Shippo account, or create a free one, and authorize Brick Seller Companion.

Unlike BrickLink and Brick Owl, there are no keys to copy — Shippo uses a secure sign-in flow, and your Shippo tokens are stored on our backend rather than on your device.

Step 2 — Pick a return address

Once connected, choose your ship-from address from the addresses saved in your Shippo account. To add or edit an address, use Shippo's own site, then refresh the list in the app.

Step 3 — Enable carrier accounts

Turn on the carrier accounts (USPS, UPS, etc.) you want the app to rate-shop across when buying a label. You can optionally star one as your preferred account for bulk/quick-buy purchases.

Step 4 — Set a label format and package presets

Choose the label file format/size Shippo should generate (for example 4x6 thermal), and optionally save reusable package size presets — like "Small Blue Bubble" at 4x6x3 — to fill in dimensions with one tap when buying a label.

Good to know: a standard Shippo account is free for your first 30 labels each month; after that Shippo charges a small per-label fee unless you upgrade to one of Shippo's own paid plans directly with them. You're always responsible for paying Shippo directly for the actual shipping cost of every label you buy.
